As part of CEEHRC (Canadian Epigenetics, Environment and Health Research Consortium), </span>RNA-seq and histone ChIP-seq profiling was performed on primary naïve CD4<sup>+</sup> T cells purified from:</p> <ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Cord blood (neonates)</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) (adults) </li> </ul> <p> Each group consists of 3 individuals.</p>
